
Returns and Refunds
Oh no! I've received an item, and it's not right. What do I do?
First of all, we're very sorry that the item wasn't what you expected or that it arrived damaged. Thankfully, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. That's a whole month to get back to us!
Here's the boring bit...
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags (if it had any) – and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase; it’s in your email.
To start a return, pop us an email at hellowulfric@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged item, if you can, of course! It does help. If your return is accepted, we will organise a collection at your convenience and get a replacement or refund placed as soon as possible.

The item's damaged, and you've sent the wrong thing!
Even though we are perfect and never make mistakes...
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate why we aren't perfect and fix the issue.
Is there a quicker way to get what I want?
Absolutely! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the right item, so we can get it out to you ASAP. Once we receive the old item, we'll issue you a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
